Position Overview
This role is a unique blend of product management expertise, knowledge in AI/ML, and the ability to effectively engage with clients, bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer value - a combination of product leadership, technical prowess, and client partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative products with strong AI/ML integration
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and emerging trends in the AI/ML landscape
- Product Management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and iteration
- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Utilize analytics and market research to inform product decisions and drive adoption
- AI/ML Expertise
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities into products
- Evaluate new AI/ML technologies and frameworks for product integration
- Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle
- Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Serve as a key client-facing leader, engaging with customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product features
- Support pre-sales activities by presenting solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction similar to a customer success manager
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performance product team with diverse skill sets
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Set clear objectives and drive accountability across the product organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus
- 10+ years in product management, including recent experience in AI/ML-driven products
- Demonstrated success in client interfacing roles, with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Experience supporting pre-sales, presenting to enterprise clients, and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and product analytics tools
