Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to drive business outcomes from problem definition to release and continuous improvement.

You will interview stakeholders and users to understand the space and define problems, and craft proposals to secure resources. You will define success metrics, build dashboards, develop product strategy, create roadmaps, and work with designers and engineers to ship and iterate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.
• Prioritization under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq are a plus.
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
