For the Marketing area we are looking for a DS Product Manager who will be representing the product and technical features and benefits of the Grifols NAT products and services. To be responsible for developing and executing product & marketing strategies and tactical plans to meet organization’s objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed and to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for a subset of countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • You will achieve financial objectives by implementing effective product & marketing strategies and programs.

  • You will define, implement and manage product & marketing strategies as well as ensure the activities and tactics executed at country level directly or through distributors generate good feedback and successful return on investment.

  • You will develop programs and materials for product launch initiatives to maximize product sales potential.

  • You will improve distributor and sales effectiveness through the design and development of effective sales tools and training.

  • You will train sales, distributors and customer support personnel on new and existing products.

  • You will support sales team on product specifications and necessary documents for tenders.

  • You will partner with the sales managers in leading technical sales presentations, product demonstrations at customer sites, conferences and tradeshows, technical discussions for both automation and assay performance and optimal workflow recommendations that align with the Grifols product strategy.

  • You will build a competitive profile and monitor competitive activities.

  • You will develop and manage marketing budget for assign countries.

  • You will organize marketing events (distributor meetings, customers meetings, scientific symposium, scientific webinars, etc.) and congresses across the region.

  • You will develop regional promotional materials with the support from regional communications to ensure consistent messaging

  • You will ensure excellent communication and understanding of the needs and dynamics of the market to the Regional Marketing team and Country Heads.

  • You will identify trends, opportunities and threats and propose corresponding measures.

  • You will report market share and geographic expansion on a quarterly basis.

  • You will manage outside vendor relationships.

  • You will oversee the management of marketing database, which includes customer information, mailing list applications, etc.

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Life Sciences.

  • You bring 5+ years’ experience in healthcare industry working in a technical role, preferably in the Blood Bank environment.

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in regional sales, product or marketing role with good understanding of Asia-Pacific industry culture and dynamics.

  • You have the ability to develop programs to maximize sales effectiveness.

  • You have solid marketing analysis and interpretation of data.

  • You are strong product and market knowledge.

  • You are results driven.

  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  • You are capable of reaching aggressive goals with limited guidance.

  • You bring budgeting experience.

  • You are very fluent in English.

  • You bring outstanding project management skills.

  • You have positive cross functional and cross cultural communications in a highly matrixed organization.

  • You are innovative and creative.

  • You are good at interacting with people at all levels fostering teamwork and proactive communication.
