Key Responsibilities:

The Product Manager is responsible for the business management of a product and its commercial success. Key responsibilities are to:

• Converting business strategy into actionable product plans
• Developing and owning the product roadmap
• Leading end-to-end product execution, from ideation to launch
• Aligning cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Planning and executing go-to-market strategies
• Driving product profitability and maintaining ownership of the business case
• Delivering market and product insights to inform strategic decisions
• Partnering with product marketing to define key messaging and value propositions
• Drafting high-level product requirements and user stories
• Managing product lifecycle, including user feedback, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Supporting revenue team in product solutioning and implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Fintech Industry preferred
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
