We are looking for a Product Manager to take strategic ownership of designated product families—from understanding where the market is heading to steering product direction, driving market success and ensuring long-term competitiveness.
This role requires more than managing products. It calls for the ability to connect customer needs, market and competition intelligence, technology trends and business performance to build differentiated, competitive and profitable products.
Assess competition, technology trends, regulatory developments and evolving customer needs. Uncover unmet needs and translate insights into opportunities for today’s and tomorrow’s solutions.
Support the Business Unit’s strategic planning and product roadmap through fact-based market insights and comprehensive sales and business performance analysis.
Translate customer requirements into product requirements, develop compelling business cases and value propositions, and play a key role throughout the stage-gate development process—from definition to market readiness.
Drive launch readiness covering pricing, competitive positioning, sales enablement and market introduction. Monitor post-launch performance and drive actions to accelerate market adoption.
Manage portfolio health throughout the product lifecycle. Drive product extensions and market adaptations, monitor competitive moves and initiate countermeasures to strengthen market position and profitable growth.
Prepare product phase-out, replacement and renewal recommendations, enabling structured transition to successor products while minimizing customer and business disruption.
A differentiated and competitive portfolio that addresses relevant customer needs, achieves successful market adoption and contributes to measurable market results.
Understand the market. Drive product direction. Create customer value. Win in the market.
