Job Summary

Are you a Marketing / Product Management professional with a passion to deliver outstanding customer experience? Emerson has a great opportunity for you! Based in Singapore, the Product Manager will be responsible in formulating and implementing strategies to support the growth of Flexim’s business within Asia Pacific. You will work closely with sales channel to drive strategic direction and impart training whilst getting continuous market feedback.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Formulates and implement strategies that support topline growth of our Flexim business in Asia Pacific
  • Works with the sales channel, drive strategic direction, and imparts training while getting continuous market feedback.
  • Develops short term, medium term, and long-term sales plans and business development opportunities across industries and geographies.
  • Works closely with integrated marketing to help drive campaigns and participate/support events whenever necessary.
  • Communicates and align with relevant partners providing business insight, progress on initiatives and plans, as well as highlighting concerns and opportunities. This will also include regular updates, interactions, and alignment with global management.
  • Drive product and factory approval processes within identified Key Accounts.
  • Support the Operations organization in forecasting a robust sales and operations plan
  • Works with a large matrix organization, gaining thought, influencing behavior, and driving accountability.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience. Experience in Oil & Gas will be valuable.
  • Committed to achieving goals with a keen sense for business, leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • Strong technical ability, industry knowledge and regional awareness demonstrating business insight, customer focus and resourcefulness.
  • Effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate across regions, business verticals and nationalities.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership with an ability to think strategically, formulate plans, implement actions, and drive accountability.
  • Display a passion towards inclusive growth, be a great teammate with intellectual integrity and taking responsibility towards results while working within the norms, regulations and culture defined by the company.
  • Have a ‘solution mentality’ focused on systemic resolutions with the ability to handle partners, be resilient and drive vision and purpose.
  • Open to participating in cross functional teams and programs and travel throughout Asia Pacific region 30% to 40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Preferred degree or equivalent experience in STEM/Engineering with an MBA is a plus
