About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy, design thinking, and agile methodology, as well as practical experience with low-code platforms such as Pega. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our digital product roadmap and driving innovation that delivers value to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Apply design thinking principles to discover, validate, and translate user needs into impactful digital product solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations, and business units) to deliver end-to-end product features.
• Champion agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative product development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption of products and features.
• Leverage experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Pega) to accelerate product delivery, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
• Analyze product performance using both qualitative and quantitative data, and use insights to inform continuous improvement.
• Monitor competitive landscape, industry developments, and emerging technologies to enhance product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably within digital platforms or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record in defining and executing product strategy.
• Strong familiarity with design thinking methodologies and experience leading user-centric design workshops.
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) with experience working in agile delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (such as Pega)—solution design, delivery, or management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
