Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Investment Services team. This role is pivotal in enabling new investment capabilities and building the infrastructure necessary for Endowus to scale. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our investment offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the team’s mission and company goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new investment capabilities and infrastructure improvements.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and positioning.
• Work with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimally 2-3 years of experience in the product management space. Experience within wealth management is advantageous but not essential.
• Past experience working with internal business stakeholders (operations, compliance, client experience and data) to deeply understand user needs and synthesise them into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.
• Lead a cross-functional squad (engineering and design) to ship new and impactful features, including preparing necessary technical product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking progress of in-flight projects.
• Work closely with marketing on go-to-market strategy for new features.
