Job Purpose:

The Product Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for specific product groups, creating maximum returns for TD SYNNEX and vendors. This role focuses on sales enablement through marketing programs, sales training, support, technical pre-sales, and vendor relationships, targeting both the TD SYNNEX sales team and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Ensure technical sales support teams are well-trained.
• Develop and execute marketing programs to meet product objectives.
• Initiate joint projects with vendors and partners.
• Plan inventory management to minimize obsolescence and fulfill demand.
• Implement business plans to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Achieve revenue targets by brand and market segment.
• Coordinate internal functions to deliver product plans.
• Maintain high-level vendor relationships and monitor engagement for new initiatives.
• Manage operational vendor relationships.
• Stay informed on sales processes, pipeline, and partner engagement to identify improvements.
• Maintain high vendor and partner satisfaction levels.
• Promote safety awareness within the team.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and performance data.
• Forecast and plan business activities with vendors.
• Generate reports for decision-making.
• Lead and advocate for product groups within TD SYNNEX and externally.
• Support sales team development and performance.
• Address performance issues effectively and professionally.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 4-6 years experience in IT distribution.
