The candidate will join the Data, Science and Technology division in MOHT. We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our digital health products. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your work will directly impact the future of healthcare.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering innovative digital health products that enhance the patient experience and improve operational efficiency for healthcare providers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, regulatory, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the development and successful launch of digital health solutions.
The initial project the candidate will support the digital phenotyping for mental health and wellness project, HOPES. The candidate will support the design and implementation of the clinician decision support tool to GPs.
This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, healthcare knowledge, and strong collaboration skills to foster partnerships and develop solutions.
Duties:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, business leaders, and technical teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product goals.
- Requirements Definition: Translate business and user needs into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Agile Development: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of features with the highest quality standards.
- Customer-Centric Design: Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that digital health products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital health, healthcare regulations (e.g., HSA guidelines), and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, telemedicine, wearables) to inform product development.
- Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the product launch process and adoption by our clinical partners
- KPIs & Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all digital health products meet necessary regulatory and compliance standards, including HSA, and other healthcare-related regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration). A Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex products from conception to launch, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
- Experience working in Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare requirements into clear, actionable product features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies (e.g., telemedicine, health tracking apps, wearable devices, EHR/EMR systems).
Desirable:
- Experience in clinical settings or working with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and working with design teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Experience in product development within a regulated healthcare environment is a strong plus.
