As a Product Manager, you’ll own medium-to-large product areas end-to-end, driving business outcomes through strategic thinking, data mastery, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll define compelling user experiences that elevate activation, retention, and monetization while mentoring junior PMs and collaborating with executives.
This role will be based in Singapore and report directly to the Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership
- Own the product roadmap for your domain, aligning it with company goals and metric levers.
- Make high-impact decisions with 80% information, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Drive business outcomes by overseeing medium/large projects (e.g., feature suites, growth loops).
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Decipher insights from complex qualitative/quantitative data (user studies, SQL/BI dashboards, A/B tests).
- Master SQL, Excel, and BI tools to diagnose problems and prescribe solutions.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate ruthlessly.
Product Execution
- Master the feature lifecycle: Ideation → PRDs with expected outcomes → Go-to-market → Analysis → Iteration.
- Write airtight specs and user stories, ensuring clarity for engineering/design teams.
- Unblock teams creatively—anticipate risks, manage timelines, and rally stakeholders.
UX & Design Collaboration
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.
- Review designs with an expert eye, providing actionable feedback grounded in user psychology.
- Synthesize insights from surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Coach junior PMs on best practices and strategic thinking.
- Foster team trust through clear goal-setting, proactive communication, and conflict resolution.
- Balance process and flexibility—know when to enforce rigor vs. adapt.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in consumer tech (mobile apps preferred).
- Proven track record of shipping features that moved core metrics (e.g., retention, conversion).
- Mastery of SQL, A/B testing, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Strategic mindset: Ability to break long-term goals into executable roadmaps.
- Leadership DNA: Decisiveness, prioritization clarity, and stakeholder influence.
- Exceptional communication (English fluency; Mandarin a plus).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in dating apps, social platforms, or subscription models.
- Background in behavioral psychology or gamification.
- MBA or technical degree (CS, HCI, etc.).
