A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and drive product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree and have over 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing or management. Strong project management skills and market analysis abilities are essential for this role. This position requires some travel (up to 30%).
1.Strategy & Portfolio Management
-Define and drive long-term product strategy and vision.
-Manage product lifecycle to maximize business value and profitability.
-Provide market insights to guide new product development and define product structures.
2.Sales Enablement & Product Launch
-Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to deliver tools, training, and support throughout the sales process.
-Ensure successful new product launches and track post-launch performance.
-Pricing & Profit Management
-Set product pricing based on market analysis, cost, and volume.
-Manage pricing strategies to balance growth and profitability.
3.Quality & Compliance
-Ensure adherence to quality systems, regulations, and company processes.
-Promote a quality-driven culture across the organization.
Qualifications Required
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
-5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product management, or similar roles
-Strong project management skills
-Willingness to travel up to 25–30%
-Experience in optical networking or telecom industry
-Knowledge of product lifecycle and new product introduction (NPI) processes
