Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in product or manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive or consumer electronics industries.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, yield management, and shop-floor execution.

• Secure approval for financial and operational targets and drive execution as the product owner.

• Deliver regular business and competitor intelligence reports to leadership.
• Drive business development with value propositions, demos, and sales tools.
• Provide sales and marketing teams with product launch materials and technical input.
• Own the product line vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with industry and customer trends.
• Translate market insights into clear R&D directions and technology initiatives.
• Partner with R&D and Operations to ensure timely, competitive product launches.

About the role
