Job summary

ResMed is hiring a Product Lifecycle Planning Manager for a 14-month fixed-term contract in Singapore. You will connect Product, Commercial, Project, and Global Supply Chain teams to shape roadmaps with supply chain strategies.

From NPI through end-of-life, translate insights into actionable plans that ensure product availability, optimize inventory and costs, and manage lifecycle risks in a regulated MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years in supply chain planning.
• A minimum of two years within MedTech or regulated healthcare.
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, assumption-based planning, and forecast performance management.
• Commercial and financial capability across forecasting, P&L alignment, ROI analysis, and scenario modelling.
• Proficiency with ERP and planning systems, including SAP or Oracle, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to interpret trends and communicate insights using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle strategies aligned with portfolio priorities and business goals.
• Drive demand and supply planning for new, scaling, and obsolescent products including end-of-life planning.
• Review new product business cases and ramp plans to shape initial forecasts.
• Integrate commercial insights, sales forecasts, inventory, promotions, and regional plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy post-launch and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify supply chain and project risks early and establish mitigation plans.
• Collaborate across Product, Commercial, Project, and Supply Chain for alignment on demand assumptions.
