Responsibilities

About the Team: The T&S Emerging Product & AI Safety team is responsible for content safety across all global emerging products and AI scenes, covering more than 10 products. We focus on online risk and safety strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to build content safety moderation processes and reduce risks.

As a Product Lead, you will oversee the content safety of general features for global products. Your role involves controlling risk levels, enhancing efficiency, and establishing safety methodologies. You will work with safety business partners and cross-functional teams within the Trust and Safety division.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Emerging Product & Feature & Issue Product team, focusing on non-AI emerging product safety, and develop solutions for cross-product features and issues.
• Set strategic directions and implementation plans for the team.
• Guide and support team members in strategy, communication, data analysis, and coordination.
• Deepen understanding of safety commonalities and differences, content safety policies, and design safety capabilities and roadmaps, including feature safety, issue safety, and metrics systems.
• Build strong relationships with business teams, coordinate R&D, algorithm, policy, and operations teams to balance business needs and safety, ensuring healthy growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience, with at least 3 years in PM team leadership, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams towards common goals.
• Successful project experience in content safety, strategies, or mid-platform products, with familiarity in engineering development.
• Proactive in responding to business needs, with complex product architecture skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong logical thinking, data analysis, coordination, and project management skills.
