Job summary

Airwallex Singapore is seeking an senior Product Manager for embedded finance. You will own the product strategy, design and roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver impactful financial products at scale.

You will lead a high-performing PM team, translate customer needs into product requirements, and drive growth through data-driven prioritisation and innovative solutions in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2+ years of formal people management experience, with a track record in building and leading high-performance teams.
• Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline.
• Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure complex problems with data-driven insights.
• Drive, grit and persistence to move ideas to reality quickly.
• Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Experience linking user requirements with commercial strategy to drive growth.
• Experience in hyper growth startups, software engineering, financial technology is a plus.
• Solid technical understanding for architectural discussions with engineering teams.
• Hands-on with online payments or similar B2B domains with high conceptual complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own Airwallex’s embedded finance product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.


• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build, launch, and iterate a wide variety of Airwallex's products.


• Deeply understand user needs, target markets, and the competitive landscape; leverage customer and partner feedback to inform strategy and prioritization.


• Manage difficult tradeoffs between long-term product vision and near-term growth, adapting quickly within a highly data-driven, fast-paced environment.


• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, developing ownership, curiosity, and excellence in execution.


• Monitor product performance, drive continuous operational improvement, and remain ahead of industry trends in finance, payments, and technology.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
