Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Product Launch Engineer to lead technical product readiness and factory execution from Mass Trial through launch and into Current Product Engineering. You’ll partner with R&D, factories, and cross-functional teams to ensure products are build-ready, compliant, and manufacturable at scale.

In this role you will manage BOM, CoO, and environmental compliance, while coordinating with Packaging, Regulatory and suppliers to meet release requirements.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically 4–7 years of engineering design or related experience.
• Certifications such as Product Certification or Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive product completion readiness during NPI with R&D and factories.
• Own PCS including top-level factory instructions for build and labeling.
• Own MES setup and product labeling readiness at the factory.
