Job description

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences for digital solutions. You will work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure a user-first approach from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and behavioural insights
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and enterprise UI/UX guidelines
• Maintain and document design systems, style guides, and decisions for scalability
• Advocate user-centred design practices and contribute to lightweight digital tool development

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, backed by a strong portfolio of user-focused solutions
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and conduct usability testing
• Detail-oriented with a passion for intuitive and accessible user experiences
• Able to work under pressure and iterate quickly based on real-time feedback
