Job Description:

The Product Executive is responsible for managing the lifecycle of traded goods, from product sourcing and pricing to inventory and market positioning. The role involves close coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure that products meet market demand and align with the company’s trading strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source products from local and overseas suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product selection and pricing decisions.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, specifications, and pricing in the inventory system.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for replenishment.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotions and customer inquiries.
  • Evaluate product performance and prepare sales and profitability reports.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms for pricing, delivery, and credit.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations and quality standards.
Job Function:

Oversee the product portfolio for wholesale trade operations, including selection, sourcing, pricing, performance tracking, and vendor coordination, to ensure profitability and market relevance.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in product sourcing, merchandising, or trading.
  • Strong analytical skills with good business and market sense.
