As a Product Executive, you will work closely with the Product Managers to ensure administrative and operational matters are pushed out for programmes and workshops successfully. The job responsibilities will include (not limited to):
1. Product Management
· Creating new course codes and course change request in the system
· Create and arrange virtual sessions for workshops liaising with relevant trainers/ coaches
· Support in data gathering and creation of relevant product and performance trackers
· Support in SWOT analysis and competitor research
· Liaise with training management team
2. Partnership Management
· Check and process training partners’ and vendors’ invoices/ agreements
· Check and submit trainers’ honorarium for ad-hoc programmes
· Follow up with trainers for delivery of unfunded curated workshop materials
· Manage partners admins systems to support training functions
3. Marketing Support
· Review and revise product information in website
· Co-support implementation of marketing activities with marketing department
· Liaise with relevant speakers for webinar or public programmes
4. Sales Support
· Schedule product training sessions with both consumer and corporate sales teams by Product Managers
· Support Sales enablement materials
· Manage tracking of tenders and performance in shared drive
· Support in tender/ proposal requirements as required
5. Operational Support
· Support the implementation and operations for public runs
· Support Coach mentoring administration
· Support and follow up on makeup requests from learners for classes
· Plan and implement the Community of Practice workshops for Coaching
· Monitor class scheduling and liaising with schedulers on requirements
· Document and track process flows
Requirements:
NITEC/Diploma/ Degree or the equivalent in Business Management or other disciplines with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Competency in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel & Powerpoint) for reporting writing and presentation.
Analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.
Personal effectiveness skills in time management and task organization
Good team player with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
