A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a motivated individual for the role of Product Manager to execute marketing strategies for their product portfolio. This position requires a strong background in product management and brand marketing, along with experience in market research and relationship management. Candidates must have relevant educational qualifications and a proven track record in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To support & execute the annual Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned portfolio of products, based on segmentation principles, pricing strategy and other marketing concepts where applicable.
Work closely with superior to create and execute trade/marketing plans to drive growth of sales, market share and profits that is in line with the annual sales targets.
Support to conduct consumer/patients insight researches to support the brand development strategies.
To identify growth opportunities and develop plans to gain market share in the identified segments.
To foster and maintain strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.
To support the launch new products where applicable.
To support and monitor the utilization of marketing A&P effectively.
To collaborate and coordinate with sales, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure execution of marketing plan and gaining maximum Return of Investment on marketing investment.
To provide weekly reports on:
(a) portfolio sales trends and performance
(b)tracking of execution plans
To support the sales team (Ethical & Pharmacy) through joint-calls in the field for at least 2 days/ month (once bi-weekly).
To perform any other duties as assigned by your superior and management.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree qualified with a background in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
2. The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in product management & brand marketing in the FMCG / Pharmaceutical Consumer healthcare industry.
