Product Engineering Manager

Mon to Fri: 8:15am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Leads new product design, development activities of connectors, wire harness and electronic packages.
2. Responsible for managing pre-engineering, product design development of new products.
3. Performs value analysis, value engineering and troubleshooting.
4. Manage a team of Product Design engineers and responsible for products’ lifecycle.
5. Guide team in performing data analysis, yield enhancement, product cost reduction and device reliability improvement.
6. Develop market-specific connector products and optimizing product designs and yields.
7. Initiate and implement improvement processes to improve efficiency and sustainability in productions.
8. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and building relationships with suppliers and customers.
9. Ensure processes meet quality standards and safety compliance requirements.

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering and or other related certifications.
2. Possess relevant connectors industry knowledge and expertise.
3. At least 8 years of experience involved with product engineering (design and development).
4. Experienced in leading a team.
