Location: East

5 days Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to support production and engineering changes
• Manage and maintain systems such as Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP for process and material data
• Support rack packaging design and improvements for assembly readiness
• Lead and execute BOM and material changes, ensuring smooth implementation across cross-functional and global teams
• Provide engineering support during mass production runs to ensure process stability and product quality
• Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
• Support factory-level New Product Introduction (NPI) qualifications
• Assist in internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance and readiness

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and supervisors

• Proven problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset

• Ability to manage projects and tasks independently with minimal supervision

• High attention to detail and process discipline
