Responsibilities:

  • Lead, implement, maintain, and account for Factory Engineering requirements for NPI and sustaining products. This includes Bill of Material setup and maintenance for engineering changes, tooling and fixture supports to improve productivity and quality, and management of Product Hold or Purge Notices with all functional teams.
  • Be heavily involved in daily production activities to ensure timely resolution of product failures, especially on highly escalated orders. Recommend and support both ad-hoc and long-term measures to meet server delivery timelines while ensuring product quality.
  • Interface with Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and other teams such as Procurement to analyze, recommend, and drive improvements in product quality and yield, including First Pass Yield (FPY), Rolled Throughput Yield, DPPM for material quality, and Customer Quality (DEFOA) performances.
  • Participate in designing manufacturing processes, including determining time standards, methods, and shop-floor routing processes.
  • Contribute to improvement projects on factory processes and systems to enhance TAT delivery performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
