Role Summary:

You are responsible for supporting and contributing to driving best-in-class yield and defectivity performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• New/mass production yield analysis and improvement
• Product yield abnormalities systematic analysis and solutioning
• Work with modules, Integration & QRA, etc. to solve product technical issues
• Product yield target goal setting and forecasting
• Participate in new process development and production ramp
• Product yield improvement and related customer request support
• Wafer return electrical and physical failure analysis

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Material Engineering or Physics science
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in modules/Process Integration/Product Engineering is a plus
• Possess strong analytical skills, with usage experience in ACEXP / JMP / Minitab

Personal Attributes:

• May need to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities
• Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently
• Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication
