Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an engineering professional to support inspection equipment for semiconductor packages. Responsibilities include assisting in component selection, designing electrical parts, and maintaining product documentation. Job description

The qualified candidate will be working on an engineering team supporting inspection equipment for semiconductor packages.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in component selection, engineering evaluation and testing of parts and sub-modules for vision inspection equipment.
• Design of electrical parts and sub-modules for vision inspection equipment.
• Maintain product design documents, drawings and BOM.
• Works and mange suppliers to ensure all design requirements are met.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise.
• Planning/Coordination of releasing new designs to manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering specializing in electrical/electronics.
• Familiar with CAD software for electrical and schematic design.
• Familiar with PC hardware, Windows OS and software.
• Familiar with PCB/PCBA design/fabricate/test process is an added advantage.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Analytical with good troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and a strong team player.
