Team Summary
The AP VAS Issuing Solutions team is core part of AP Value-Added Services. The AP VAS Issuing Solutions includes four parts: Loyalty, Pismo, Network Products and Digital Enablement. The team is driving the product roadmap, commercialization and solution delivery of related Issuing Solutions products, by working closely with global and AP market teams.
The AP Issuing Solutions Director role, is a crucial member of our AP VAS Issuing Solutions team, serving the Asia Pacific region, responsible for driving issuing solutions Pismo’s commercialization strategy in the Asia Pacific region, to meet our 2030 Pismo strategy target. Pismo provides a cloud-native core banking and card processing platform to traditional and digital banks, as well as fintechs, to reduce clients' costs, improve operational efficiency, enhance innovation speed, and add modular capabilities with flexibility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The AP VAS Issuing Solutions Team is seeking talented individuals to drive the Pismo Business. This role will be key to drive the go-to-market strategy of Pismo business. This role will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in Pismo, global VAS, AP hub and AP markets.
What this role will do:
1) Pismo Commercialisation Strategy: Develop commercialisation strategy for AP VAS Issuing Solutions - Pismo by collaborating with Pismo team and global VAS team, to define priority markets and go-to-market strategy
2) Market Entry Enablement: Lead Pismo market enablement processes including NBIA approval, legal assessment, risk assessment, AWS assessment, and so on, and get fully ready for target market entry
3) Sales Enablement & GTM: Work with AP Hub, AP markets to develop target account GTM plan, (esp. large account) , provide sales plays and sales trainings to sales specialists and AEs, to drive the Pismo sales in target markets
4) Partnership Model: Work with VCA/ VMS/ CS / external partners, to define partnership model between Pismo and Visa cross teams/ external players, to enable joint GTM and local implementation capabilities
5) Market Analysis: Work with AP markets to define target clients, client pain-points, Pismo value propositions, to support GTM strategy
6) Product Analysis: Work with Pismo global team and AP team, to conduct product readiness analysis for AP markets and define product gaps for enhancement
7) Revenue Target: Develop and achieve revenue targets for AP Pismo by working with various AP markets
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
