Job summary

Fynder Talent is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive APAC expansion for a B2B fintech platform in Singapore. You will own the vision, strategy and cross-functional execution across strategy, development and growth, turning complex partner needs into scalable products with clear business impact.

You will lead PMs, partner with banks and tech providers, and guide API-first capabilities while aligning with sales, CS and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management within fintech or B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record shipping from MVP to scale with measurable impact.
• Experience leading a team of PMs and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and APAC roadmap for the entire platform.
• Coach and develop Product Managers across Middle East and APAC.
• Partner with banks, fintechs and platform partners to shape integrations.
• Lead product discussions to capture requirements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, CS, Partnerships and Operations.
• Drive API-first, infrastructure and integration-led capabilities for customers.
• Prioritise based on customer insight, partner feedback and revenue impact.

We are looking for a Seasoned Product leader to lead the APAC expansion working across strategy, development and growth of a B2B Fintech. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on product builder who thrives in a high-growth startup environment. You will shape product direction, build and develop a strong product function, and turn complex customer and partner problems into scalable products with clear commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap of entire product platform covering APAC.
• Lead, coach and develop Product Managers across Middle East and APAC - setting high standards for product thinking, discovery and delivery.
• Build credible working relationships with external partners, including banks, fintechs, technology providers and platform partners.
• Lead product conversations with partners to understand requirements, evaluate opportunities and shape scalable product and integration solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Operations.
• Drive the development of API-first, infrastructure and integration-led capabilities for business customers and partners.
• Be customer centric to drive customer insight, partner feedback, data and commercial priorities to make clear product-investment and roadmap decisions.
• Define and track success through adoption, retention, customer value, partner performance, revenue and operational metrics.
• Support regional growth by helping assess product-market requirements and localising product offerings where needed.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years’ product-management experience across fintech, B2B SaaS, enterprise-software or high-growth technology companies with Experience in Fintechs/ Product companies
• A strong track record of building and scaling products from zero to one: identifying a problem, validating demand, launching an MVP and scaling adoption.
• Deep experience with infrastructure, API-first, platform, integration-heavy or developer-facing products.
• Proven ability to lead Product Managers and influence senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement, customer empathy and a practical, data-informed approach to prioritisation.
• Comfort operating with pace, ambiguity and limited structure.
