Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands, focusing on hardware technological products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that inform product development.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Foster strong relationships across departments to align product goals with organizational objectives and market strategies.
International Market Focus:
- Oversee product management activities across international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with regional customer preferences.
- Adapt product strategies to meet diverse market needs and maximize global opportunities.
Product Development Oversight:
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize project management methodologies to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for product initiatives.
Sales Enablement and Training:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop product positioning, messaging, and training materials that effectively communicate product value.
- Provide ongoing support to sales teams by addressing product-related inquiries and gathering feedback to inform future product enhancements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and market success, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present product performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant product management certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management, with significant experience in hardware technology products and international markets.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products throughout their lifecycle.
- Background in sales and engineering is a significant advantage, providing a well-rounded perspective on product development and market needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
