Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Product Director to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands, focusing on hardware technological products.
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that inform product development.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  1. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  2. Foster strong relationships across departments to align product goals with organizational objectives and market strategies.

International Market Focus:

  1. Oversee product management activities across international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with regional customer preferences.
  2. Adapt product strategies to meet diverse market needs and maximize global opportunities.

Product Development Oversight:

  1. Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Sales Enablement and Training:

  1. Work closely with the sales team to develop product positioning, messaging, and training materials that effectively communicate product value.
