Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for both new and existing health supplement products, ensuring formulations meet consumer needs, market demands, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to generate product concepts, provide insights, and support formulation and development decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, including coordination with contract manufacturers (CMs) and ingredient suppliers.
• Serve as a communication hub for regional markets by providing regular updates on project progress and aligning initiatives across different markets.
• Monitor and explore new ingredients, formats, and packaging technologies to enhance the innovation pipeline.
• Contribute to the development of new processes and best practices to improve efficiency and innovation in product development.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and nutritional requirements in all markets.
• Support Marketing and Sales teams with product knowledge, market insights, and positioning strategies to develop training and educational content.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Formulation Chemistry, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in product development within the nutrition or health supplements industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across Asia, with experience in managing requirements for successful product launches.
• Demonstrated track record in managing the full product development cycle, from concept and formulation to commercialization.
• Ability to evaluate raw materials, review product specifications, and assess samples for quality and suitability.
• Experience working collaboratively with contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers.
