Product Development Manager - RNG - Game Development - Casual Games

Job Description:

1. Lead the vision and strategy for the game series, including upcoming games, features, and developments. Ensure all teams (UI/UX, creative, marketing, engineering) understand the product goals.

2. Stay connected with players' behaviors and trends to create new in-game features that meet their needs.

3. Conduct market research and generate product requirements. Create plans for game features and updates, inspired by competitor products.

4. Run player feedback sessions, beta tests, and refine product features based on insights.

5. Pitch product ideas and manage the approval process from clients and stakeholders.

6. Compare the product to competitors and identify unique opportunities to stand out.

7. Develop detailed product specs and user stories, ensuring features are ready for development in a timely manner.

8. Lead beta testing with early adopters, gather feedback, and adjust product features accordingly.

9. Develop clear messaging and marketing collateral to communicate product features and benefits.

10. Set metrics for product performance and analyze data to improve the game’s success.

11. Provide mentorship to the product team and help with recruitment to fill skill gaps.

12. Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to find new opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

1. 10+ years in product management, design, or business analysis in the online casino or iGaming industry.

2. Deep understanding of RNG slots, mini-game features, pay-table balancing, and player preferences, especially in the Asian and Latin American markets.

3. Proficient in data analytics and deriving actionable insights to improve game performance.

4. Strong enthusiasm for creating engaging, fun, and innovative gaming experiences.

5. Excellent at presenting ideas and product concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

6. Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve product goals.

7. Familiarity with technology trends and the software development lifecycle.

8. Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, XP) is a plus.

9. Willing to travel to meet with clients and teams.
