Job summary

Leading insurer in Singapore is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager / Assistant Manager with a strong actuarial foundation to drive product design, pricing, and ongoing performance management. You will collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting, Distribution and Operations to deliver commercially sustainable propositions.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified actuarial credentials, ideally with experience in pricing.
• Around 5–10 years of insurance experience, preferably spanning product development and/or pricing.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability, with the ability to connect technical actuarial work to business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

This is an opportunity to take ownership across the product lifecycle — from product design and pricing through to implementation, optimisation and ongoing performance management — while working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
