Job description

As part of the Product Development team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that powers our client's loyalty programme. The role will include system development and user acceptance testing for new enhancements and functionalities, gathering user requirements from internal stakeholders, and providing technical assistance to other business units and our operation and services team.

Key Scope:

  • Lead system development and UAT for new CRM enhancements and integrations
  • Partner/engage with internal teams to gather user requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Drive change management, UX reviews, and end-user training across CRM systems
  • Conduct fraud detection and prevention investigations; propose improvements
  • Manage user access, support daily operations, and oversee cybersecurity protocols
  • Work cross-functionally with business units and operations to ensure smooth CRM performance
  • Any other duties assigned by management to support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Loyalty Programme
  • A Degree/Diploma in Computing/Information Technology related field
  • 3 to 4 years’ of working experience in CRM/product/system development
  • Entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with JIRA, AWS, or UX design is a strong plus
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, results-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Results and customer oriented, with demonstrated ability to understand and identify appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
  • Demonstrates success in working independently and within a team
  • Work location: East area
  • 5 days work week (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
  • Salary package up to S$58,500 (including bonus) per annum
  • 12 months contract (highly renewable)
