Job description

We are looking for someone with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as demonstrating the characteristic of an independent and resourceful individual.

The applicant must have a proficient understanding of x86 CPU and GPU architecture and functionality, as well as a broad understanding of various industry standard bus protocols, such as DDR, PCIe, and USB.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accountable for driving and developing SLT FTR regression infrastructure to test weekly Firmware / Software releases before integration into the SLT Test Program.
2. Preemptively surface complex, novel, and non-recurring firmware / software issues and drive resolution to improve SLT Test Program quality and integration time.
3. Conduct engineering evaluations and analysis to resolve production issues.
4. Influence technical decisions that significantly impact the final product.
5. Develop and apply new debug techniques to enhance technical depth in Product and Test Engineering.
6. Provide technical supervision or mentorship to junior engineers.
7. Upscale overall team capabilities on low-level system debugging for AMD data center product families.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is required, and this project demands a 3-year Service Agreement.
