We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Product Development Actuary to join a leading life insurance organization based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for an actuary with a background in pricing and a strong interest in product strategy and performance analytics.

The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of actuarial experience and may currently be working in either a pricing or product development function. This role offers significant exposure not only to product design and management, but also to portfolio performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the end-to-end development of life insurance products, from concept through to launch
Conduct actuarial analysis to assess product profitability, sustainability, and market competitiveness
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to inform product enhancements and strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including pricing, distribution, marketing, operations, and finance
Support regulatory, governance, and risk management processes related to product initiatives
Contribute to strategic discussions on product positioning and market opportunities
Key Requirements:

5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial experience in the life insurance industry
Solid background in pricing is essential; experience in product development is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commercial mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
