Job description

This is a 6-months contract role. We are looking for candidates with experience in large MNC environments, preferably in Tech or AI industries. Please attach a copy of your portfolio for this submission.

As a Product Designer you will help creatively solve big, complicated, real-world problems. You will utilize a full range of product design skills to contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.

You'll be working on:

• Defining product direction and finding new ways to grow our client's portfolio of valuable products.
• Building consumer experiences and easy-to-use business tools to unlock revenue by driving new large advertisers to adopt Click-to-messaging ads at scale.

Responsibilities:

-Leads and delivers design projects of large and (or) ambiguous scope

- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for billions of usersface

- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces

- Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems

- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of the company's products.

- Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship

- Lead a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Requirement:

- Have 7-10 years of experience in mobile app and web design in a MNC environment

- Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration

- Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities
