Our client is a leading Mutlitech Social Media company. They are looking for someone with experience in building complex, AI-driven systems, and who is excited by challenging and rewarding problems.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver design projects of large and ambiguous scope
• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable user experiences
• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
• Create new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of enterprise products
• Provide and solicit feedback from designers and the broader product team to maintain high quality, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to define the user experience from conception to launch

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 6+ years of experience in building, shipping, and leading applications or software that are large and/or ambiguous in scope, covering end-to-end experiences across various platforms
• 6+ years of interaction design experience, understanding user needs and how to scale innovative experiences, using prototyping tools to demonstrate interactions
• 6+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense, understanding their impact on product function
• Experience presenting work to broader teams and leadership, clearly communicating goals and concepts
• Experience creating AI-focused products, features, and design strategies is preferred
• Experience designing enterprise products and tools is highly advantageous
