Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on mobile apps and services.
• Customer and partner communications for market-specific design work in regional markets (Thailand & Vietnam).
• Fluency in Vietnamese or Thai would be a plus for stakeholder communications in those countries.

Description

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to provide local expertise and new perspectives to ensure our products are authentic and delightful in every market and for every user. You should possess extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principals. You have an affinity with consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.

While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you are able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.

This position requires flexibility and the ability to clearly communicate product direction under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills are required, as well as coolness under pressure, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an ambiguous, evolving project space.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on mobile apps and services
• This role requires communicating with customers (in-country Mobile App Development companies) and industry partners (Marketing/UX research agencies) for market-specific design-related work who are based in Thailand & Vietnam Fluency in Vietnamese or Thai would be a plus as you would be speaking to internal & external stakeholders in these countries.
