Here is what you are expecting to be doing:

• Designing, optimizing, and iterating on B2B software products within the carbon management space
• Leading the development and upkeep of the Design System and guidelines, including scalable components to streamline development
• Presenting design strategies and proposals to stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and UI/UX logic
• Mentoring and supporting the design team in honing their professional and creative skills
• Collaborating closely with PMs and developers to align on product requirements and assess technical feasibility
• Other tasks & initiatives as assigned by the management team

Skills that will help you in this role:

• Proven track record in leading multi-team design efforts, ensuring consistency and high-quality user experiences across products
• Balances strong aesthetic sensibility with sharp logic; able to generate and clearly present multiple design solutions in context
• Highly proficient in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with enthusiasm for integrating AI tools to elevate design workflows
• Skilled at translating user behavior insights into actionable, intuitive design implementations
• Fluent in English, with experience collaborating effectively across international and cross-functional development teams
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable—brings strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bonus, but not a must: Familiarity with carbon asset management, including inventory, verification, reduction, carbon credits, green energy, and carbon neutrality
