• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Execute and document user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Track defects and coordinate with Application Management to resolve them within timeline.
• Create SOPs or training guides for enhancements.
• Explain and train users on system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support the prompt delivery and implementation of new products.
• Collaborate with the business to understand processes and document requirements.
• Coordinate with Team Lead on enhancements and testing.
• Carry out post-deployment verification after product launches.
