Michael Page International is seeking an experienced technology delivery leader to partner with business leaders, define priorities, and develop roadmaps for large-scale transformation programs.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, govern budgets, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver scalable business solutions, driving improved customer experience and operational performance.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, product management, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and develop technology roadmaps.
• Lead the full delivery lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and optimization.
• Manage project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners to deliver scalable solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, product management, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across business, technology, and third-party partner teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms, systems integration, delivery methodologies, and change management practices.
