Job summary

Accenture Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and services, aligning strategy with disciplined execution across product, design, engineering, architecture, QA and business units.

You will navigate dependencies, risks and evolving priorities, lead governance and reporting, and guide data migration and decommissioning of legacy systems, while applying Scrum, Kanban and DevOps practices to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital product delivery or related technology roles.
• Strong experience leading Agile delivery of digital products across the product lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of product management principles, including vision, roadmaps, prioritisation and outcome measurement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, design, engineering, architecture, QA, and business functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile approaches (Scrum and Kanban) with experience managing dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Experience with legacy system replacement, data migration, cutover, and decommissioning, plus delivery governance and reporting.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for applicable government security clearance.

About the Role

As a Product Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and services, connecting product strategy with disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery of digital products and services across the full product lifecycle, from requirements and planning through launch, enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Translate product vision and business objectives into actionable delivery priorities, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration across product, UX/design, engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage complex dependencies, priorities, budgets, risks, delivery constraints, and changing requirements while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Oversee delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and commitments against defined programme milestones and outcomes.
• Lead legacy system replacement activities, including coordinating data migration, cutover, transition, and decommissioning.
• Apply Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban and work effectively within DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD delivery environments.
• Use customer insights, product metrics, and delivery measures to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital product delivery, product management, software delivery, business analysis, or related technology roles.
• Strong experience leading Agile delivery of digital products or services across the product lifecycle.
• Good understanding of product management principles, including user needs, product vision, roadmaps, prioritisation, and outcome measurement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, UX/design, engineering, architecture, QA, and business functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, including Scrum and Kanban, with demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and changing priorities.
• Experience with legacy system replacement, including data migration, cutover, and decommissioning, as well as delivery governance and reporting.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for applicable government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dynamic product environments where priorities evolve according to customer feedback, insights, and changing business needs.
• Experience using product and delivery measures to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering public-sector enforcement, case management, regulatory, or similar complex digital platforms.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features and analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with government cloud hosting, DevSecOps, and security compliance requirements.
• Relevant delivery or Agile certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe.
