Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end delivery of complex digital products. You will bridge strategy with execution across product, design, engineering, architecture, QA and business teams, guiding priorities and milestones in a fast-changing environment.

You will drive delivery in Agile and DevOps contexts, ensure measurable outcomes, manage dependencies and risks, and lead data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital product delivery, product management, software delivery, or related tech roles.
• Proven track record leading Agile delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including user needs, vision, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, design, engineering, QA, and business functions.
• Depth in Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) with handling dependencies, risks, and changing priorities.
• Experience with legacy system replacement, data migration, and delivery governance.

About the Role

As a Product Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and services, connecting product strategy with disciplined execution. You will work across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, and business teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes while navigating complex dependencies, risks, milestones, and evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery of digital products and services across the full product lifecycle, from requirements and planning through launch, enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Translate product vision and business objectives into actionable delivery priorities, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration across product, UX/design, engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage complex dependencies, priorities, budgets, risks, delivery constraints, and changing requirements while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Oversee delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and commitments against defined programme milestones and outcomes.
• Lead legacy system replacement activities, including coordinating data migration, cutover, transition, and decommissioning.
• Apply Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban and work effectively within DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD delivery environments.
• Use customer insights, product metrics, and delivery measures to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital product delivery, product management, software delivery, business analysis, or related technology roles.
• Strong experience leading Agile delivery of digital products or services across the product lifecycle.
• Good understanding of product management principles, including user needs, product vision, roadmaps, prioritisation, and outcome measurement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, UX/design, engineering, architecture, QA, and business functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, including Scrum and Kanban, with demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and changing priorities.
• Experience with legacy system replacement, including data migration, cutover, and decommissioning, as well as delivery governance and reporting.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for applicable government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dynamic product environments where priorities evolve according to customer feedback, insights, and changing business needs.
• Experience using product and delivery measures to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering public-sector enforcement, case management, regulatory, or similar complex digital platforms.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features and analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with government cloud hosting, DevSecOps, and security compliance requirements.
• Relevant delivery or Agile certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe.
