Job Description

Cloudphysician is looking for a Product Content Owner who will own the Content in RADAR, including inline help, to make our Smart-ICU platform RADAR more user-friendly. The key metrics for this role will be RADAR Adoption and Customer NPS.

The deliverables include content aligned with the product roadmap, as well as training and help materials to support user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with design and product teams to understand target users.
• Craft copy for all user touchpoints to help users navigate the product.
• Write emails and newsletters to achieve product goals.
• Create guidelines that set the tone of voice and style for the product.
• Devise and implement a UX content strategy.
• Create inline help to guide users through workflows specific to their role using a digital adoption platform.
• Create training materials to support user adoption.
• Own internal and external training curriculum for RADAR.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a content writer/owner.
• Excellent content writing skills.
• Good understanding of user experience design principles.
• Experience in designing and conducting user research.
• Understanding of critical care domain, user types, and clinical workflows in the ICU would be an added advantage.
• Experience in user research and digital adoption software would be beneficial.
