Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the product development cycle, coordinating launches, and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer insights.
  • Assist in the development of new consumer appliance products, ensuring compliance with customer expectations, safety requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to defining product strategies, market positioning, and unique value propositions tailored to target audiences.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to craft compelling product messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and uphold product quality standards.
  • Prepare essential product documentation, including technical specs, sales tools, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Support the full product lifecycle, from pricing and promotions to end-of-life planning.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Coordinate product launches by developing launch plans, content, and training materials for internal stakeholders and retail partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing in home appliances / FMCG industry is preferred.
