Job description

As Regional Product Associate Director, you will support the Regional Lead in the implementation and delivery of our growth plan for markets across APAC, with a particular emphasis on evolving our digital and emerging technology offering.

Your focus will largely be internal, working with the local teams to help them identify, create, and market new solutions that are aligned with our growth plan, as well as meeting with Agency teams to help them understand and navigate our offering across the region.

You will also be required to meet with Clients from time to time for the same reason.

Evolving the digital offering will include initiatives such as:

  • Developing and evolving the Guaranteed outcomes offering, with a focus on bespoke models for key Clients
  • Building and marketing new product offerings that can be scaled across the region, such as Connected TV, D-OOH, Commerce, and Gaming
  • Providing thought leadership and guidance with regards to industry wide updates
  • Own the end to end product lifecycle: research, planning, evaluation, packaging, marketing, training and enhancement

The role will require you to have, or develop, a good understanding of local market landscapes across APAC, and to build collaborative working relationships with our local teams. Ultimately the role of the APAC team is to support the growth at a local level, and we must therefore be understanding of their challenges and needs whilst trying to set a consistent strategy for the region.

  • Understand and effectively communicate the team’s Product value proposition, partnerships, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
  • Support the Regional Lead in managing regular tracking, providing updates and insights to regional and global team
  • Maintain detailed reporting and analysis on the growth of offering at a market and client level for the region
  • Collate and maintain a product/solutions directory for the region, with detailed summary of all local offerings
  • Launch and oversee a regional taskforce to drive collaboration and development of the solutions suite across the region, linking this to the existing APAC Regional and Global Council
  • Working in conjunction with local teams, identify and develop/improve new or existing solutions within – aligning these to our strategic priorities for the region
  • Act as point person for regional account teams and their Clients to help them navigate our offering across the region
  • Share learnings, processes, and products with regional and global colleagues
  • Support the Regional Lead in ensuring compliance across all internal and external transactions, subject to auditing

Qualifications

  • 7+ years strong digital and product experience within an agency, and/or media-related vendor company
  • Thrives in a process and operations driven environment
  • Experience in client facing roles
  • Experience managing multi-market accounts
  • Ability to navigate internal agency and country dynamics
  • Advanced understanding of digital strategy and marketplace, with working knowledge of programmatic platforms and processes preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of TV landscape, from linear TV, CTV to video SSPs, and technology that supports the measurement and targeting of cross platform audience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
