- Position : Product Assistant (Events/Gift/Purchasing)
- Location : Jurong East
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Identify and liaise with suppliers during initial product development.
- Assist in the development and introduction of new products and services to enhance event offerings.
- Support in identifying trends and innovative solutions for product improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs related to product workflows.
- Place approved products into catalogues for client and internal use.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into operations.
- Prepare product write-ups, pricing sheets, and catalogues based on manager’s input.
- Coordinate with marketing for photos, layouts, and visuals.
- Handle procurement paperwork and vendor onboarding.
- Liaise with vendors for sample requests, product details, and pricing.
- Track project deliverables, ensuring timelines and approvals are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 1 year experience in product development, procurement, or event operations preferred.
- FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only
