About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Product and Engineering Director to lead the development and enhancement of its core platform, with a key emphasis on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the co-founders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap and strategic direction of the platform
• Design and implement AI-driven features to expand product capabilities
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers (currently 4) based in Vietnam
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, design, and customer success teams
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for adoption
• Optimize development processes and ensure engineering best practices are upheld

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS product development, with strong AI/ML exposure
• Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and shipping scalable software products
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in full-stack development, AI frameworks, and cloud architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functional teams
• Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments is advantageous
