The Role

OMT is looking for a producer. Someone who knows how to manage and protect a timeline, a budget, a creative vision — and the people carrying it.

You’ll be the one who holds the plan when things shift, ensure creative integrity, and steps in when pressure builds. You’ll work on a range of projects from the visually ambitious to the quietly impactful. It’s a tough job, but you’re the right one to do it — navigating client expectations while balancing budgets and the overall wellbeing of the project without losing sight of the end product.

Your Responsibilities

Off-Set

• Own the project timeline and deliverables. Set and enforce deadlines.
• Manage and maintain good client relationships
• Set the tone for the overall project execution and troubleshoot challenges.
• Liaise with clients, crew, vendors, and internal team to maintain alignment.
• Support creative leadership by translating artistic needs into production plans (and ground them where necessary).

On-Set

• Facilitate the smooth running of a shoot whilst on-set.
• Keep the team focused, energized, and equipped.
• Act as point-of-contact for client reps or stakeholders present on site.

Post-Production

• Track progress across post-departments, working towards specific delivery milestones.
• Communicate clearly and sensitively with clients.
• Celebrate when you’ve taken a project to its end, knowing you made it happen.

This job isn’t for someone who just wants to “be in production.” It’s for someone who wants to be a core part of how a company runs and grows.

Specific Requirements

Salary: $3,500.00 to $4,500.00 /month; offer varies based on experience.

Required language(s): English

Prior experience producing commercial or creative film projects will be preferred.
