DESIGNATION : Producer (Audience insights), CNA Insider Growth Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a creative and meticulous individual with a keen interest in digital video content, audience behaviour and data. You would be helping to manage CNA's rich trove of award-winning documentary and current affairs content online, and to strive to maximise eyeballs.

Your key job responsibilities would be to:

• Craft attractive and accurate titles and thumbnails for videos uploaded on CNA Insider YouTube Channel, so as to optimise discoverability and views.
• Identify, edit and upload YouTube Shorts
• Help manage the YouTube channel schedule, ensuring timely delivery and processing of channel video content
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the channel, including community management and working with YouTube and other partners to address issues
• Compile video performance data for analysis
• Suggest data-driven ideas to grow and engage audiences for CNA Current Affairs content

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. Good communication skills.
• Must be meticulous and careful, well-organised, with good time-management skills
• Good visual design sense. Basic competency in video/image editing tools is a plus
• Experience in data analytics and/or YouTube channel management is a plus
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills, initiative, and resourcefulness
• An independent thinker who is also a team player. Able to work under time pressure
